Research conducted on 6095 children aged 5-11 years and 4520 adolescents 12-16 years of age. milk intake classified into low, medium, or high. For men, low intake means two or fewer servings per day, was meant for more than two to three servings, while high means four servings or more. Researchers found that in children aged 5-11 years found no consistent results between the consumption of milk and body fat. but in adolescents, the group who consumed the least dairy have the body fat is higher than the group who consumed the most milk. Compared with young women who consumed the least milk, the young women who consume one to three servings a day had more body fat, thin 2.5 mm. While the young women who consumed 3 servings or more a thin layer of fat over 5 mm. So that it can be concluded that milk consumption in adolescents will reduce body fat.
